Juliet ambushes Kayiu and Tim with a quick-on-your-feet card design showcase of the guilds of Ravnica (that’s Ravnica, not Guilds of Ravnica). Play along at home!
In the episode, the different sides were assigned to either Kayiu or Tim. If you want to play along at home, either pick one of the options, or flip a coin to decide which challenge you’ll be assigned. Or, try out both!
Challenge A – Two Minutes
Design a Boros themed card with either:
- Radiance
- Mentor AND Battalion
Challenge B – Two Minutes
Design a Golgari themed card with either:
- Scavenge
- Dredge AND Undergrowth
Challenge C – Three Minutes
Given the Selesnya mechanics of Populate and Convoke, design two cards.
Challenge D – Two Minutes
Design a new mechanic for a future iteration of Boros, Selesnya, or Golgari.
